Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Plumbing Westminster & Drain Clean Expert, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide professional plumbing services including but not limited to:

• Drain cleaning and unclogging
• Emergency plumbing repairs
• Water heater installation and repair
• Pipe repair and replacement
• Leak detection and repair
• Fixture installation and repair

Service Area

Our services are available in Westminster, Colorado and surrounding areas including Lakewood, Belmar, Green Mountain, Edgewater, Applewood, Sloan's Lake, and Denver West.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted upfront before work begins
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Emergency service calls may incur additional charges
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

• Labor warranty: 1 year on all workmanship
• Parts warranty: As provided by manufacturer
• Emergency repairs: 30-day warranty on labor
• Drain cleaning: 30-day warranty against same blockage

Liability and Insurance

Plumbing Westminster & Drain Clean Expert is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing conditions or damage
• Damage caused by customer negligence
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Damage to personal property not directly related to our work

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about plumbing issues
• Ensuring safe access to work areas
• Removing personal items from work areas
• Providing utilities (water, electricity) as needed
• Obtaining necessary permits when required

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a service charge.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado.
